Dear Lord God,

Oh how I need You more than anything, more than anyone, more than any place.

Thank you, Lord Jesus, that you lived and died for me. Thank you that I belong to you and your family. Lord Jesus, you know what it’s like to be homeless, so please come near me and help me during this difficult time. Help me to fix my eyes upon You. Give me the desire, courage, strength and faith to follow wherever You lead me. Please provide all of my needs, according to your glorious riches in Christ Jesus. Thank you that I am and always be part of Your household. I surrender all of my fears, my expectations, my belongings, all that I have and all that I don’t have to You, Lord. Help me to trust You, to lean on You, to discover that Your grace is enough. Jesus, I need more and more of You. Amen.

As they were going along the road, someone said to Him, “I will follow You wherever You go.” And Jesus said to him, “The foxes have holes and the birds of the air have nests, but the Son of Man has nowhere to lay His head.” And He said to another, “Follow Me.” (Luke 9:57-59)

"Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moth and rust do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.” Matthew 6:19-21
